New Functionality: Server selection

I've added a new category for new content today to open up the site more fully to roleplayers across Age of Conan.  You can now select "Server" when you make a post.  Currently, the choices are All servers, Cimmeria, Hyperborea and Wiccana.  When server name changes occur, I'll be updating these choices.

For those who've been around for a while, feel free to go back and edit your posts to include the new server tag.  Its by no means required, but may make things easier on everyone once the merges happen and more folks from various servers start posting.

When the server merges are complete, I'll add all the AoC servers to the list, for anyone who wants to come in and post about RP from any server type.
